Our staff will have everything they need to clean your home or office. Because every home is different, our staff are fully equipped with a variety of cleaning products and cleaning tools. During your free in home estimate, you will be given an opportunity to discuss which products are right for your home. Upon request, we will provide the material safety data sheets for each chemical that is used in your home. In the event you have a special product you want us to use, we would be more than happy to use your product instead of ours.

In order to provide effective cleaning, it is recommended that you provide a clutter free environment so that our maid can perform the best cleaning possible.

We always strive to provide the highest quality service. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours following the cleaning so that we may correct the problem. If necessary, we will return as soon as possible to reclean the problem area.

No, residential customers will never be asked to sign a service contract. All services are pay as you go and can be cancelled at any time. Maid Easy requires a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

Because all of our cleaning packages are custom designed to each home, we provide free in home estimates to determine the price for your home. Pricing is based off of several factors which includes the size of your home, your specific scope of work, and the frequency in which you receive service.

No, you do not have to be present to receive service. Our staff are thoroughly screened and trained. We would be more than happy to provide service in your absence. During your free in home estimate, we will discuss how to enter and secure your home as well as note specifics regarding your animals.

Made Easy takes your trust and the safety and security of your home and family members very seriously. Each staff member must pass a nationwide background check, complete mandatory training courses, and complete a probationary period to ensure they are knowledgeable on products and safety procedures.

Once you are established as a weekly or bi-weekly customer, you will be assigned to a specific maid at a designated day and time. Although we strive to send you the same maid each time, there may be times you will be asked to use a sub maid. These times includes days your regular maid requests time off, becomes ill, takes vacation, or has a change in availability.

We offer a variety of cleaning services. During your free in home estimate, you will be given an opportunity to tailor our cleaning list to fit your needs. You also have the option of creating your own cleaning list.

Yes, as long as your pet is not aggressive, we are more than happy to work around them. During your free in home estimate, we will ask you for information about your pets that will help us better serve you while your pet is in the home.

Yes, in some cases we offer service on Saturdays at no additional charge. Recurring service (weekly or biweekly) is not available on Saturdays. If you require Saturday service, please discuss your options with a Maid Easy staff member.
